At The Young Billionaires, we want you to love your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

Quick Overview: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange unworn items with original tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, alterations, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. This helps protect the garment during transit and allows us to process your return faster.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with your return to help us locate your order quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Face masks and personal protective equipment
  • Earrings and body jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been altered or tailored

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to start your return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@theyoungbillionaires.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please include photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days. Do not ship your return without this number.
  3. Pack Your Items: Carefully pack your items in secure packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package and write it clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • There was an error on our part

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, we recommend using the most economical shipping method available. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We're happy to help! Here's how exchanges work:

  • Same Item, Different Size/Color: We'll ship your new item once we receive your return. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust your refund or charge accordingly.
  • Different Item: We recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your desired item as quickly as possible.
  • Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or color is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we've received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • PayPal Refunds: PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit that never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously, and all our products undergo rigorous quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize and will make it right:

  • Report Immediately: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage or defect along with photos of the packaging.
  • Resolution Options: We'll offer you a full refund, exchange for a new item, or store credit—whatever works best for you.
  • No Return Required: For minor defects, we may issue a refund without requiring you to return the item.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@theyoungbillionaires.com. Include a photo of the item received and your order details. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid label for the incorrect item's return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again, as processing times can vary.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please email us at support@theyoungbillionaires.com and we'll look into it.

International Returns

For international orders, the same return policy applies with the following additional considerations:

  • International shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid on the original order are non-refundable as these are collected by your country's customs authority, not by us.
  • Please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to help avoid additional customs charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for international returns.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code follow the same return policy as regular-priced items, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale." Final Sale items are sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Gift Returns

Received a gift that doesn't fit or isn't quite your style? No problem!

  • If you have the gift receipt or order number, we can process an exchange or issue store credit in your name.
  • If you don't have proof of purchase, contact us and we'll do our best to help you find a resolution.
  • For privacy reasons, we will not disclose the purchase price to gift recipients.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Here's what you need to know:

  • Before Shipping: If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately and we'll do our best to cancel it. Orders placed outside business hours may be processed before we can cancel them.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
