Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States! International orders over $150 qualify for discounted shipping rates.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Complete Address: Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers, building names, and postal codes.
  • Contact Number: Include a valid phone number where you can be reached. Carriers may call before delivery.
  • Special Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions (gate codes, preferred delivery location, etc.), please add them in the order notes during checkout.
  • Signature Required: Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Delivery Issues

What happens if I am not home?

If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier may:

  • Leave the package in a secure location (if specified)
  • Leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup
  • Attempt delivery again the next business day
  • Hold the package at a local pickup point for a specified period

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund (minus original shipping costs).

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, issues can occasionally occur:

  • Delayed Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost, we will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, note it when signing for the delivery and contact us immediately.

P.O. Box and Military Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes for standard shipping within supported regions. However, express shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses. For APO/FPO military addresses, please allow additional delivery time as these shipments may take longer to process through military mail systems.

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, please note:

  • Processing times may be extended by 1-3 additional business days
  • Carrier delays are common due to high volume
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery for special occasions
  • Check our website for holiday shipping deadlines to receive your order in time

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently cannot ship to the following:

  • Countries under trade sanctions or embargoes
  • Freight forwarding addresses (orders may be cancelled)
  • Temporary or hotel addresses (contact us first for special arrangements)
